1. Introduction

Welcome to Swim Canary Wharf. By booking or participating in any swimming instruction provided by Swim Canary Wharf (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings must be made via email, or by phone.

2.2 Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of booking to secure your session. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

2.3 Packages or session bundles must be used within the specified validity period, as stated at the time of purchase.

2.4 Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon by Swim Canary Wharf.

 

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations made by clients must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a reschedule or credit.

3.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

3.3 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or a full refund.

3.4 Refunds for unused packages or sessions are at our discretion and subject to an administrative fee.

 

4. Health and Safety

4.1 All participants must complete a health and safety questionnaire prior to their first session.

4.2 Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses that may affect their ability to participate in swimming instruction.

4.3 Swim Canary Wharf reserves the right to refuse instruction to anyone we believe may be unfit to participate for safety reasons.

4.4 Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times during sessions.

4.5 Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains on-site for the duration of the session.

 

5. Facility Rules

5.1 Clients must follow all instructions provided by our staff and adhere to posted facility rules.

5.2 Food, beverages, and glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.

5.3 Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the premises.

5.4 We reserve the right to remove anyone who fails to comply with these rules or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

 

6. Liability

6.1 Swim Canary Wharf accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage unless it arises directly from our negligence.

6.2 Clients use our facilities and participate in sessions at their own risk. We recommend obtaining personal accident and health insurance for added protection.

6.3 We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use lockers or keep valuables secure.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 By providing your personal information, you consent to its use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, materials, and techniques provided during our sessions are the intellectual property of Swim Canary Wharf and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without our prior written consent.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 Swim Canary Wharf reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email.

 

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
